There are over 50 churches in the Greeley/Evans community, why do we need another one?
Because there are many people out there that need love, need a place to call home, and most importantly need Jesus. ReNew Church - is a nondenominational church that is here to provide a home for them.
Reach – in a city filled with hurting, misguided, broken people. God has called us to be a light in this dark world. It is the purpose of our mission to reach people through the Gospel (The Good News) of Jesus Christ – Matthew 5:14-16 "You are the light of the world. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before men (people), that they may see your good deeds and praise your Father in heaven.
Restore – In our relationship with Jesus, our faith will be tested. The people of God have been wounded by standing up for what they believe in. There are many believers that feel like they have no place to call home, and need the restoration of Jesus. – Jeremiah 17:14 “Heal me, O LORD, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.”
ReNew – Now that we have come to Jesus and have been restored, we need the guidance of the Holy Spirit to lead us to change. We are now a new creation in Christ and need to take on a new mentality, to no longer do as the world (culture) does. We will make every effort to allow the Holy Spirit to change us from the inside out and will assist our ReNew Church Family in making the change. And instead of letting culture influence us, we will influence culture! – Romans 12:2 “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is--his good, pleasing and perfect will.”
ReNew Church is a non denominational church that believes that all of the above things are possible through a relationship with Jesus Christ. We can lead you to him!
